Shirley F. Partin, 72 of Oregon, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2011, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg. Shirley was born on May 4, 1938 in Cookeville, TN to Wilbert and Laura (Fulton) Randolph. She had worked 10 years as a parent teacher'™s aide at Lagrange Elementary School. Surviving are her husband, Bobby G. Partin; daughter, Laura J.(William K.) Dunaway; mother, Laura Smith; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Taylor; brother, James Gibson. Shirley was preceded in death by her sons, James R. and Jeffery S. Partin; father, Wilbert; sister, Judy Romanski; brother, Ray Randolph. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-8 p.m. at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road. Funeral services and interment will be held Wednesday in Jellico, TN.
