Silvia Rudes, age 70, of Millbury, Ohio, passed away on July 3, 2026, at Toledo Hospital. She was born on August 11, 1955 to Jose Cisneros and Eloisa (Ramos) Cisneros in Fremont, Ohio.

On December 31, 1987, Silvia married the love of her life, James Rudes, at Main Street Church in Walbridge, Ohio. From that day forward, they built a life rooted in devotion, partnership, and enduring love. Over nearly four decades together, they shared life's joys and challenges side by side, creating a lifetime of memories filled with love, laughter, and quiet strength. Their marriage was a true reflection of deep and lasting commitment.

Silvia dedicated nearly forty years of her life to caring for others as a LPN, serving from 1983 until her retirement in 2022. She was admired not only for her skill and professionalism, but for her compassion, gentle presence, and the comfort she brought to those in her care. To her patients and coworkers, she was a steady source of kindness and empathy, always treating others with dignity and heartfelt compassion. Her work was not just a career, but a reflection of her generous spirit.

Above all, Silvia's greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who found happiness in every moment spent with those she loved. Her home was filled with warmth, laughter, and the love expressed through her cooking and caring heart. She cherished time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, offering unconditional love, guidance, and memories they will carry forever.

Beyond her family and career, Silvia enjoyed life's simple pleasures. She loved bingo, casino trips, and traveling, especially cruises that brought her joy and relaxation. One of her most treasured experiences was a memorable trip to Italy, a journey she held close to her heart. These moments reflected her appreciation for life and her gift for finding joy in both the everyday and the extraordinary.

Silvia is survived by her beloved husband, James Rudes; children, Nikki (Mike) Philippon, Neil Cannon, Jason Rudes, and Kristen Wright; 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brothers, Hector (Alice) Cisneros and Gilbert Cisneros; and a niece and nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Eloisa Ramos Cisneros, and her son, Robin Cisneros.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Rd., from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026.

Silvia will be remembered for her caring heart, unwavering devotion to her family, and the love she so freely shared with all who knew her. Her memory will be cherished always.
