Stanislaw A. Wolf, 50, passed away unexpectedly on May 2, 2013 with his wife and daughter by his side. He was born on October 9, 1962 in Poitiers, France to Verne and Charlotte (Riether) Wolf. Stan proudly served his country in the US Army for 13 years Active and Reserve. During his time in the service, he achieved the ranks of Staff Sgt. and Drill Sgt. He was a member of the 182nd Airborne and enjoyed being a paratrooper. Stan received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993 from the University of North Dakota. Stan worked for the Center for Dialysis Care in Cleveland and formerly Mercy St. Charles Behavioral Health as a registered nurse. He was an avid John Elway and Denver Broncos fan. Stan loved motorcycling, traveling and living by Lake Erie. His true passion was spending time with his wife and children, who were his greatest accomplishment. The past year was filled with many blessings for Stan. He attended his son'™s wedding, visited him in San Francisco, and enjoyed the birth and first year of his miracle daughter, Mariana Grace.
Stan is survived by his loving wife, Chris; daughter, Mariana Gracie; son, Stan II (Bridget); parents, Verne and Charlotte; brother, Francis Wolf; step-children, Nicholas and Garrett Holmes; in-laws, Shirley and Phillip Hoffer; along with special cousins, Pamela Musser and Tamela Fassnacht. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Arthur and Leona Wolf.
A Celebration of Stan'™s life and sharing of memories will be held at 11:00 am Monday, May 6, 2013 at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel 440 S.
