Stephen D. Wagner, 38, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away March 1, 2009. He was born in Toledo, OH, on March 23, 1970, to George W. Wagner and Kathleen Kessler. Steve was employed as a cab driver for Black & White. He was a member of Cedar Creek Church. Surviving are his father, George (Tempas) Wagner; mother, Kathy Kessler; brothers and sisters, Jeff (Vicki) Kessler, Matt (Christa) Kessler, George (Kim) Wagner, Mary (Greg) Sharp, Christine (Eric) Rill and Frank (Helena) Wagner. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Thursday, March 5, 2009, from 4 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 5 p.m. Interment will be private.
