Steven C. Clark, 70, of Oregon, Ohio passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at his home. Steven was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 31, 1949 to Paul and Ruth Ann (Callihan) Clark. On December 30, 1972, he married the love of his life, Roxanna Poad. Steven was a 1967 graduate of Clay High School and earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo and a master's degree from Bowling Green State University. For 31 years, he worked as a school psychologist for the Bryan City School District, retiring in 2005. His hobbies included: vegetable and flower gardening, woodworking, playing the guitar and spending time with his grandchildren. Steven is survived by his wife of 47 years, Roxanna; grandchildren, Jacob Clark, Casey Williams, and Cameron Williams; sisters, Paula Walter and Kathy Clark; and basset hound, Kizzy Rose.. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughters, Alecia Clark and Jennifer Williams. Private funeral services will be held.
