Susan K. "Sue" Beecham, 69, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 13, 1956 to Glenn and Delores (Rojek) Upton. Sue graduated from Whitmer High School and would later marry Jim Beecham on February 1, 1999. Together they share many wonderful memories, from road tripping to Gatlinburg, or New England to spend time with family. She was an animal lover and enjoyed coloring, shopping and scrapbooking. Sue was a people person and loved being around others, especially her family. She worked as a school nurse at Longfellow Elementary School and always made sure everyone was ok. She also volunteered as a playground aide being their for all the children. Sue always did what she needed to do in order to provide for her family. She enjoyed her time working at the Wiley Homes caring for her people, but what she cherished most was her loving family.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Jim; children, Matt Behrman, Jeffrey (Ashley) Behrman, Charles (Keri) Behrman, Emily (Chris) Nalen; grandchildren, Skyler (Charlie), Jeffrey (Kamryn), Jack, Sara, James, Jacob, Joshua, Anthony, Addison, Nathaniel and Noah; siblings, Robert (Liz), Kathy "Cookie" (Tom) Butler, Chrissy (Ronnie) Eckhardt; and many nieces, nephews and loving family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandson, James.

The family will greet friends at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Homes, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon, Ohio, 43616 on Monday, October 19, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
