Susan J. Harmon, of Oregon, 78, passed away on September 14, 2011 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born on January 21, 1933 to Peter and Suzanna 'œSuzie' (Ballo) Guba. Susan worked in the billing department at Mercy St. Charles Hospital for 30 years before retiring in 1996. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and was active at the East Toledo Senior Center where she enjoyed bingo and sewing classes. Susan is survived by her son, Raymond Jr. (Dawn); daughter, Tina Harmon; grandchildren, Kara, Raymond 'œRJ' and Lucas Harmon, Dana (Jake) Frobose and their children, Lauren and Nathan, Jennifer (Tony) Vendemo and their children, Audrey and Sophia; brother, Peter (Brenda 'œBenny') Guba; sisters, Margaret Kreis, Betty (Jerry) Edwards, and twin-sister, Helen Honsaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond Sr. and son, Richard J. Harmon. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel on Sunday, September 18, 2011 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
