Susan M. Irwin 61, of Northwood, Ohio, passed away Monday, May 12, 2014 at St. Clare Commons, Perrysburg, Ohio, after battling breast cancer for five and a half years. Sue was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 2, 1952 to Steven and Patricia (O'™Connor) Burcin. Sue had worked as a record manager for Owens Corning for 37 years just retiring this spring. In her spare time she truly enjoyed baking and loved to shop. Surviving are her husband 27 years, James; daughter, Brittany; mother Patricia Burcin; brother, Bill (Connie) Burcin; sister, Linda (John) Woggerman. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Sue was preceded in death by her father, Steven. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. and where her funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
