Tempas C. Wagner 81, of Toledo, Ohio passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, May 8, 2016. Tempas was born on March 15, 1935 in Adrian, Michigan to Woodrow and Icel (West) Wilson. She graduated from Waite High School then worked briefly for the City of Toledo and Tony Packos where she once met Frank Sinatra. Tempas was a member of the Clark St. United Methodist Church, American Legion Auxiliary and past member of Eastern Stars. Some of her most cherished memories were camping with her family, going on cruises and traveling to China. She was a wonderful woman with a kind heart who will be greatly missed by all.
Surviving are her children, Daniel (Jackie) Zervas, Michael "Mike" (Heather) Zervas, Mary (Greg) Sharp, Chris (Eric) Rill, Frank (Helena) Wagner; daughters-in-law, Karen Culbertson, Kim Wagner; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Guy (Lynn) Wilson, Woodrow (Kimberly) Wilson Jr.; sister, Deanna Wilson; sister-in-law, Sharon Wilson. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George; brother, Jerry and Raymond Wilson; sister, Shirley Koseski; daughter, Terrie Byers; sons, Derron Zervas, Robert Jones, George Wagner II and Steve Wagner.
Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd, on Thursday, May 12, and Friday, May 13, 2016 from 2 – 8 pm. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Willow Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Tempas' memory may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
