Terry L. Jessee, 71, of Toledo, Ohio passed away at his residence on Thursday, June 21, 2018. Terry was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 4, 1947 to Hubert Jessee and Mary (Jakubec) Boulis. On July 7, 1967, he married the love of his life, Jeanie. Terry worked as a conductor with Norfolk and Southern Railroad for 44 years, retiring in 2008. A lifelong sports fan, he cheered on the Ohio State Buckeyes and Detroit Tigers. He played softball for East Toledo Family Center and with the Roy Hobbs Baseball League in Ft. Myers, Florida. Terry enjoyed playing golf and attending his grandsons baseball and football games and spending time with his "little princesses". He will be remembered for his generosity and willingness to help others. Terry is survived by his bride of 51 years, Jeanie; daughters, Michelle (Frank) Sholtis, Kelly (Lee) Durham, and Lisa (Larry) Grant; and grandchildren, Andrew, Alex, Allison, Ava, Kyle, Seth, Paige, Mason, Maverick, Livah, Kylie, and Regan. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Thomas Jessee. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 2:00 pm until time of funeral service at 7:00 pm.
