Theresa Ann Turner, 67, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2009 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born June 24, 1942 to Carl Jensen and Mary (LaPlant) Jensen Maberson, who have both preceded her in death, as well as her step-father, Lester Maberson. Her life was spent loving and caring for family and friends. She worked 17 years as a team truck driver with her loving husband of nearly 34 years, Larry D. Turner. They developed a passion for travel as their work exposed them to so many points of interest all over the country. Theresa was an avid reader and could always find comfort in a good book. She was a game lover, playing card and board games, and watching game shows on TV. In addition to her devoted husband, Theresa is survived by her aunt Marty LaPlant; uncles, Paul and Joseph LaPlant; step-mother, Lou Jenson; brother, Stephen Arthur (Connie) Jenson; very special cousin, Peggy Heverly; step-brother, Mike Meyers; step-sister, Pat Meyers; son, Michael Edward (Jennifer) Turner; step-sons, Paul Harrison and Mathew Robert Turner; granddaughters, Hailey Rene and Loralie Elizabeth Turner. Theresa was guardian mother to and also survived by Terry Sauriol of Canada, Jill (Jenson) Realbutos, Wendy (Jenson) Lavecchia, Linda Jenson Gearing and Bonnie (Seymour) Garrett. She was so loved by her nieces and nephews: Alexander (Stormy), Brittany, Ashlee, Michael, David, Jason, Stephanie and numerous cousins that all held a special place in her heart. Family and friends may visit Saturday, December 19, 2009 from 3-7 p.m. at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road. Funeral services will be private.
