Thomas C. Koseski, 78, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Thursday, August 9th, 2012 at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital. Tom was born on March 12, 1934, in Ironwood, Michigan to Frank and Stella Koseski. He served in the US Army during the Korean War and was a member of Arthur Daly American Legion Post #334. Tom worked as an insurance adjustor in Chicago prior to his career as a steam ship engineer. He was employed for over 30 years with American Steamship, retiring in 2000. For many years, he was a member of the American Maritime Officers. Tom is survived by his wife Shirley; brother, James Koseski; nieces, Kristina (Phillip) Lein, Michelle Lubktke, Linea Koseski; and nephew, Tom (Monica) Roz. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Walter, John, Daniel, Doris, Helen, and Packi. Private funeral services will be held. Memorials may be directed to ASPCA.
