Thomas P. Lewandowski, 65, of Toledo, OH passed away September 28, 2006 in his home. He was born in Toledo, OH on January 8, 1941 to Walter and Leona (Goncz) Lewandowski. Tom had been employed by Toledo Edison as a mechanic for 37 yrs., retiring in 1997. He was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. In his spare time, Tom enjoyed watching the Cleveland Indians, Detroit Lions and Star Trek on television.   He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Carolyn; children, Chris (Sheryl Cole), Thomas W. (Kristyn), John (Tammy) Lewandowski, Lynda (Allan) Cunningham and Ann (Mathew) Melman; sister, Rosemarie Summers; 15 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and many nieces and nephews. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Joan Rippy.   Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Saturday from 5-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-9 p.m. with the Rosary at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Monday at 9:30 a.m. and proceed to Good Shepherd Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
