Thomas K. Moore, 79, of Northwood, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at Bay Park Community Hospital. He was born in Lawrence County, Tennessee on December 3, 1928 to Lee and Ola (Hayes) Moore. Thomas was veteran of the US Army and served with the Corps of Engineers. He was employed as a machinist at Libbey Owens Ford for 20 years, retiring in 1976. He was a member of the Riverview Congregation of Jehovahs Witnesses. Keiffer enjoyed anything to do with farming, and his gardening always provided fruits and vegetables for friends and neighbors.  He will be remembered for his quiet strengths and determination.   Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Margaret; daughter, Renee (John) Spillis; son, Tim (Wendy) Moore; grandchildren, Summer Lindemann and Tanner Lee Moore. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Pamela Moore; brothers, W.P and Coyle Moore; sisters, Clara Mae Perry and Geneva Wilson.   Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Thursday, July 24, 2008 from 4-8 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Saturday at Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military, Lawrenceburg, TN. Interment will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Red Hill, TN on Sunday. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of the donors choice.
