Thomas L. Smith, 55 of Toledo, Ohio passed away Monday, February 6, 2006 in St. Charles Mercy Hospital. Thomas was born in Toledo to Charles and Donjean Oberhaus. Mr. Smith had been employeed at Cousino's Steak House for 10 years. Surviving are his loving wife, Alison; children, Adam and Alana Smith; brothers, Edward and David Smith; sisters, Pam Bezeau, Rebecca Weyandt, Deborah Carson; mother, Donjean and step grandfather, John TenEyke. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles and brother, Dennis. Visitation will be held on Friday in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, beginning at Noon and continuing until funeral services begin at 3:00 pm.
