Thomas E. Wright, 70, of Petersburg, MI and formerly of Northwood and Perrysburg, OH passed away October 24, 2014 at Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania, OH. He was born in Elkhorn City, Kentucky to Aldon and Alpha (Clevinger) Wright. Tom was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was employed as a die maker at the Ford Motor Company for 40 years before retiring in 2007. Tom was a member of Hope Community Church. He enjoyed camping, golfing, fishing and hunting. Surviving are his wife, Janice; daughters, Robin (Thomas) Sneed, Deborah (Randy) Roop and Rebecca (Robert) Reiter; grandchildren, Alexandria, Madeline and Wesley Sneed, Evan, Lydia, and Owen Roop; and sisters, Mary Davis and Mae Mooney; Tom was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Lawrence, Dick, Clifford and Earl Wright. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Monday, October 27 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
