Tiffany Renee Ball "LulaBelle" 25 of Swanton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, November 6, 2017. Tiffany was born in Toledo, Ohio, on July 5, 1992, at the time of her birth Tiffany proved the Dr's wrong when they said she would live no more than 48 hours. In spite of all obstacles, Tiffany was a courageous little fighter, who defied all the odds. Tiffanys smile always lit up a room and her laughter was contagious. She loved being with people, loved music and anything bright and sparkly. She will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. She is survived by her loving parents, Lisa & Randall Rowe; sister, Nicole Bumbera; brother, Jason Ball; niece, Savannah Bumbera; nephews, Devon & Liam Bumbera; uncle, Todd Miller, uncle, Paul Peace. Tiffany was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ralph H. Coutcher; also preceeded in death by Johnny Mark Peace. Visitation will be held at Eggleston, Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio, on Friday from 2:00pm - 8:00pm. Services will be conducted in the funeral home on Saturday at 12:30pm. Interment will follow in Resurrection cemetery.
