Timothy Carsten, 58, of Rossford, Ohio passed away August 10, 2015 at his home. He was born on August 11, 1956, in Toledo, Ohio to Robert and Norma (Sherer) Carsten. Tim enjoyed car races and building car models. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Norma Carsten. He was preceded in death by Barry L. Carsten. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road (east of I-280), on Friday August 14, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
