Timothy 'œTim' Mix Timothy 'œTim' Mix, 67, of Northwood, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2011 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Tim was born in Toledo on March 11, 1943 to Francis and Evelyn (Lundak) Mix. He was a veteran of the US Navy. Tim graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelors of Business. He was employed as a technician at Columbia Gas for 42 years before his retirement in 2008. Tim was an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Toledo Rockets fan. He was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church and the North Toledo Arrow Club. Tim enjoyed golfing and classical music but most of all he was a wonderful husband and father who loved spending time with family and friends. Surviving are his loving wife, Ellen Jean 'œJeanne' Mix; daughter, Laurie Mix; mother, Evelyn Mix and sisters, Elayne MacDonald, Pam Mix and Cindy Parker. He was preceded in death by father, Francis and brother, Theodore 'œTed' Mix. Celebration of Life service will be conducted Friday, March 11, 2011 at 11:00 am in St. Mark Lutheran Church, Woodville & Elmore Streets, where the family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.
