Tina M. (Giovanoli) Koren, 45, of Perrysburg, OH. passed away after a 2 ½ year courageous battle with breast cancer on November 2, 2008 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo facility. She was born in Oregon, OH on July 3, 1963 to Richard and Barbara (Rapp) Giovanoli. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and enjoyed spending time outdoors gardening, swimming or fishing.  She graduated from Cardinal Stritch High School and was known to her family and friends as "Mrs. Fix-It".   Surviving are her husband of 20 years, Jeff Koren; children, Rachelle M. Wainwright, Michelle L. Wainwright and Tiffany A. Koren; grandson, Camron D. Pettaway; mother, Barb Giovanoli; brothers, Tom (Denise), Tim, Todd (Paula), Tony, Terry (Michelle) and Scott Giovanoli; god-parents, Richard and Rita Gerrard and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Richard; aunt, Barbara Welter; grandparents, Louie and Irene Giovangnoli and Philip and Margaret Rapp.    Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, November 7, 2008 from 5-8 p.m  A Memorial mass will be celebrated at 11:30 AM on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at St. Stephens Church 1880 Genesee St. Toledo, OH where the family will greet friends after 10:30 AM.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Tinas memory may be given for the benefit of Tiffany Korens education.
