Toni (Leisenheimer) Baker, 55, of Maumee, Ohio passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011 at Foundation Park Care Center. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 21, 1956 to George and Eileen (Rhoda) Leisenheimer. Toni was a graduate of Oregon Clay High School and Owens College. She had been employed for 25 years as a R.N. at the Toledo Children'™s Hospital. She was a member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her husband, Charles; daughters, Heather and Carrie Baker; sister, Martha TenEyck; twin sister, Molly (Tom) Buehler; and many nieces and nephews. Toni was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and Thursday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Friday, August 26, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Pemberville Cemetery.
