Tony Diaz, 43, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021. Tony was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 31, 1978. He worked at FedEx and was an avid Chicago Bears and White Sox fan. He loved working, being with his family, especially his beloved children. Tony also had a soft spot for his mother's cooking, which he made sure to never pass up. Tony is survived by his mothers, Marlene (Ted) DeCook and Naomi Diaz; children, Ruby, Lilly, Nathaniel, Aurora, Mia Marlene; many aunts, uncles, loving family members; and girlfriend, Angelina. Friends and family may visit Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home on Monday, January 3, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, January 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Forest Cemetery.
