Vera Kramp of Oregon, was taken to join the angels on June 13, 2013. Vera was a loving and thoughtful person who always had kind words for everyone. She was born on July 22, 1924 in Jacksonville, Florida, where she was raised by her aunt and uncle. She then moved to Ohio where she met and married the love of her life Donald Kramp. Vera worked at Reddish Brothers Sporting Goods for 28 years. She is fondly remembered by many as the 'œlittle redhead behind the counter' at Reddish'™s. She also worked at Mr. Emblem for a short time. Vera then was employed at Oregon Village Apartments part time as the secretary for six years. Vera'™s most cherished gift in life was her grandson Michael, who brought her joy throughout her life. Vera loved to do Tai Chai, and loved to spend holidays with the people she loved. She is survived by; Her daughter Charlene (Rick) Schumaker of Curtice; Grandchildren Bob Schumaker of Rossford, Michael (Chery) Horvath of Waterville, Pam (Dave) Zimmerman of Toledo and Mark (Lindsay) Schumaker of Springhill, TN; Great Grandchildren Austin, Alexis, Zackary, Justin, Tyler, Amanda, Olivia, Cole, Brady, Brock and her cat Zoey. She also leaves memories to her caregiver and friends Mike & Pam Ray of Oregon; Friends Tim and Kathy Clark of Neapolis and Debbie Komon and Chuck of Martin, Ohio and her special friend Lois Bruner of Toledo. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 1:00 pm in the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
