Vidalia C. Flues, 96 of Toledo, Ohio passed away surrounded by her loving family on December, 9, 2015 at Genesis Healthcare. She was born in Sinton, Texas on May 27, 1919 to Francisco and Pomposa (Estrada) Charles. Vidalia was a talented seamstress and continued her craft for many years. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witness on Saturday, October 5, 1963. She loyally lived up to her dedication by actively preaching the good news of the Kingdom up until her passing. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many until we see her again. (John 5:28, 29). Vidalia is survived by her children; Alma (Keith) Rambo, Michael (Mary Jo) Doria, David (Theresa) Martinez, Victoria (Douglas) Yoder; grandchildren, Vidalia Halbisen, Brian Rambo, Vienna Gordon, Rachel and Darik Martinez, Ryan Burke; many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene; granddaughters, Cammie and Corrina Doria; sister, Guadalupe, Emma; brothers, Valentino and Juan. A Memorial service will be held at 4:30 pm on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 224 Lemoyne Rd. Northwood, Ohio 43619. Expressions of sympathy in Vidalia's name may be directed to Worldwide Work, www.jw.org. Interment will take place at a later date in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
