Virginia Vance, 94, of Northwood, Ohio passed away on June 22, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born on October 5, 1918 to George and Fannie (Miner) Phillips. She was happily married to William O. Vance for 37 years before he passed away in 1988. Virginia was also a member of Cass Road Baptist Church. Virginia is survived by her daughter, Sharon (Terry) Layton; step daughter, Rebecca Crawford and family; grandsons, Terry Layton II and Jon Layton; and great grandson, Jace Layton. Funeral arrangments are being handled by Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of the donors choice.
