Virginia E. Waldkoetter, 85 of Oregon, Ohio passed away Monday, January 8, 2007 at Otterbein Portage Valley.  Virginia was born in Toledo, Ohio to A. Claire and Anna (Beaubien) Youngs.  She retired in 1985 from Ernst and Young where she had worked as a bookkeeper.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John; brother, Bob; nephew, Larry; niece, Sally..   She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Robert Fotoples; sister, Dorothy Neid; nieces, Susan Youngs, Sandra (Al) Gall; nephews, Bill Youngs, John (Dale) Neid; cousin, Helen Mae Geisbuhler.   There will be no visitation.
