Virginia (Ginny) Louise Wegman (Frauhiger), 81, of Genoa, Ohio walked through the gates of heaven on November 20, 2014. She was born on January 13, 1933 to the late Albert Frauhiger and Mildred (Uhl) Frauhiger-Swimmer in Toledo, Ohio. Ginny retired after working as a self-employed hairdresser of 57 years.
In addition to her parents, Ginny was preceded in death by her brother, Wayne Frauhiger. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 62 years, William Edward Wegman; their 5 children, Richard of Bowling Green, Jeanne (Richard) Crossen of Toledo, Gail (Kevin) Browning of Oak Harbor, Barbara Allgire of Curtice, Sandra (Donald) Crossen of Holland; 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren. Also surviving is Ginny'™s sisters, Grace Sidell of Fremont and Merle Lovelette of Decatur, Indiana.
Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Sunday, November 23, 2014 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in First St. John Lutheran Church, 2471 Seaman Street, on Monday at 11:00 a.m. The family will begin greeting guests at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery.
