Wanda (Widejkis) Zormeier, 97, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on November 14, 2014 at Lutheran Home in Toledo. Wanda was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 23, 1917 to Piotr and Florentyna (Cichocka) Rokicki. She graduated from Woodward High School and later worked as a hostess for Hilcrest Hotel. Wanda enjoyed playing cards and going out to eat with her friends. She was a devout Catholic and was a member of Christ the King Church. Wanda is survived by her sons; Phillip Widejkis, George (Carol) Wade; and grandchildren, Lisa Widejkis, Scott and Kelly Wade. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husbands, Stanley Widejkis, John Zormeier; and two sisters. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 from 10:00 am until the time of funeral services at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Charity of Donor'™s Choice.
