Warren H. Martindale, 38 of east Toledo, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital. Warren was born in Toledo on June 2, 1977 to Warren H. & Patricia (Komives) Martindale, who preceded him in death. He was employed with Black & White Cab Service. Surviving are his siblings, Gina and John Martindale and girlfriend, Denise Carr. Warren's family will receive friends at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel 440 S. Coy Rd. on Saturday from 10:00 am until Memorial Services which will be held at 12 noon.
