William N. "Bill" Berlincourt, 83, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2009, at Parkcliffe of Northwood. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a member of VFW Post #4906. Bill was employed by the University of Toledo as a groundskeeper for several years retiring in 1989. He also was active with the James Hancock Senior Center in Oregon, OH. Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Doris M.; brother, Ronald (Kathy); special niece, Linda (Bill) Lorenzen; step-grandchildren, Sarah, Robin, Jessie and Doris; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert and Carl and stepdaughter, Lorie Sue Kinser. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Tuesday from 2-9 p.m. where funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Expressions of sympathy in Bill's memory can be made to Heartland Hospice.
