William John Clark, Jr., 82, of Rising Sun, Ohio passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024. William was born on January 20, 1942 in Toledo, Ohio to William and Margaret (Brockman) Clark, Sr.

He was a 1960 graduate of Waite High School. Bill worked for many years at Conrail as a Railroader before his retirement. He was a volunteer firefighter for Northwood and enjoyed delivering meals to those in need with Meals on Wheels until 2023. Bill was a member of the Fostoria Moose 1567, Elks Fostoria Lodge No. 935, and the Fostoria Eagles 430. In his free time, Bill enjoyed gambling, playing poker and traveling with his grandchildren.

Surviving is his children, Peggy (Mike) Binger, Connie (Michael) Goushaw, Kimberly (Matt) Osburn, Annette Clark-Meek, Brenda (Jim) Clark-Shank, Billie Jo (Ed) Clark-Mehl, Elisabeth (Joe) Bailey, Lori McKillips, William John (Vicki) Clark, III; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister, Barb Heater.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sandra Clark; daughters, Traci Clark and Bobbie Jo Smith; grandson, Jaime Babb; and sister, Beverly Clark.

The family will receive friends at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Wednesday, September 18, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Services at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the CURED Foundation.
