William H. Desko, 58, of Toledo, passed away on September 22, 2016 at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. He was born on February 22, 1958 to Carl and Winifred (Webber) Desko. Bill enjoyed camping, boating and animals; especially his loving pets, Lola Girl and Sandi. His pride and joy was his children and celebrating their accomplishments. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Mary Helen; children, Sarah M. Desko, Christopher J. (Roseanne) Desko; father, Carl (Henrietta); siblings, Dr. Robert (Cheryl) Desko, David (Stephanie) Desko, Katherine (Philip) Miller. He was preceded in death by his mother, Winifred; in-law's, Luther and Rita McGaha; grandparents, Carl and Katherine Desko. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., on Sunday, September 25, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held on Monday at Restlawn Memorial Park at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing an expression of sympathy in Bill's name are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Lucas County Humane Society.
