William F. Leuck, 77, of Oregon, passed away Wednesday, August 26th, 2009, at St. Charles Mercy Hospital. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 28, 1932, to Frank and Helen (Carlton) Leuck. William was employed with GM Powertrain in the parts room, retiring in 1998 after 35 years of service. In later years he worked at Prestige Inc. He was also a veteran of the US Navy and former member of the Genoa Fire Department. William enjoyed attending the USS Albany Ship Reunion, Crawdad Festival, bowling, fishing, photography, NASCAR, and UAW Local 14. He is survived by his wife, Florence; parents, Helen and Don Mulinix; children, Billy, Rick (Sandy), Victoria (James) Wolff, Jim (Cheri) Ellerbush; daughter-in-law, Gretchen Ellerbush, Tim (Susan) of Newport MI, Steve (Deb) Leuck; sister, Darlene (Clarence) Skiver; brother, Donnie (Shirley) Mulinix; 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Leuck; sister, Mary Mulinix; sons, Don Ellerbush and Matthew Leuck. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon on Monday, August 31st from 1 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the family.
