William "Bill" Levis, 86, of Waterville, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Bill was born on November 7, 1930. After graduating high school, Bill would enlist in the United States Navy and proudly served his country during the Korean War. He worked for UPS as a driver before retiring in 1990. Bill was a member of the Northern Lights Masonic Lodge #40. His true passions were camping, boating, playing cards, dancing and spending time with his family.
Bill is survived by his children, Kathy (Rick) Feeback, Bonnie Harden, Lynn (Kenny) Mullins; step-children, Jeanne Elvey, Mark (Laura) Elvey, Paul (Kathleen) Elvey; brother, Donn (Dee) Levis; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces; nephews; loving family members; and special friend, Audrey Skinner. He was preceded in death by his parents; Don and Nellie (Key) Levis; son, William; wives, Rose Mary, Nancy; and brother, Robert Levis.
In accordance with Bill's wishes services will remain private. The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff at Browning Masonic Community and Hospice of Northwest Ohio for the compassionate care they provided to their father. Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorial contributions be directed to charity of donor's choice.
