William E. Rowe, 69, of Toledo, OH passed away December 28, 2006 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born in Belcher, KY on April 16, 1937 to Adam and Addie (Owens) Rowe. Bill was a dealer-operator of Oregon Marathon Service Station corner of Coy And Navarre from 1962-1980 and was a realtor from 1980-2005. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 32nd degree.
Surviving are his sons, George (Suzanne) and Steven; ex-wife, Ginny; grandchildren, Stephen (Julie) Rowe, Dana (Beau) Miller and Ryan Rowe, Shawn (Matt) Katona, Brandi Warns; great grandchildren, Zachary, Isabella, Matthew, Charles and Emma, Phillip; brothers, Warren, Thomas, James and Clinton Rowe; sister, Kethel Hauser. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Judy, brother, Russell, and sisters, Elly, Emily, Penny and Beunie.
Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Monday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with interment following in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy in William's memory can be made to the Waite High Athletic Boosters or the charity of the donor's choice. Bill's family extends special thanks to the staff at Hospice of NW Ohio for their compassionate care.
