Obituary

Willimina Alice Lynch Jensen, 81, of Toledo, passed away in her home on Monday, May 7, 2007. Mrs. Jensen was born on January 1, 1926 and was the first baby born that year in Marion Ohio. She was the widow of Robert Emment Lynch and Phillip Jensen. Willimina was employed as a bookkeeper for the Morgan Linen Company and Buck & Knobby Equipment. She attended Waite High School and was a graduate of Woodward High School. She was also a Girl Scout troop leader at Navarre School for many years. Willimina enjoyed sewing, gardening and especially spending time with her family. Surviving are her daughter, Sarah Sharp (Paul) DeCola; grandchildren, Julie (Kirk) Summey, Tammy (Rick) Coger and Wendy Foos; great-grandchildren, Michael, Daniel (Leather), Donald, John, Rebecca and Tyler; great-great-grandchildren, Kimberly and Justin and "Grandma" to so many others. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Whetro and son-in-law, Edward Sharp. Memorial services will be conducted Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road. Interment will be private.
