Wilma C. Thomas, 92, of Oregon, Ohio passed away January 14, 2010 at Orchard Villa Nursing Home. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on April 28, 1917 to Walter A. and Margaret M. (Steinmetz) Clouse. Wilma was an English major who was employed as a teacher at St. Stephen's School for 18 years, retiring in 1982. She was also a member of St. Stephen's Catholic Church, its Rosary Altar Society and Mother's Club. Wilma was a great music enthusiast, and loved reading and travelling. Surviving are her sons, Paul (Kathy), John (Karyn), Stephen, James (Debra) and Michael (Kimberly); sister, Eileen Dannison; 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Wilma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul; sister, Lou, and brother, Bob. The family will receive friends at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 2018 Consaul Street, Toledo, OH on Monday, January 18, 2010 from 9-10 a.m. Mass of Christian burial will begin at 10:00 a.m. with interment following in Calvary Cemetery.
