Zachary Allan Brantley, 14, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014 due to injuries sustained in a car accident. Zachary was born June 24, 1999 in Gainesville, FL and was currently an 8th grade student at Fassett Junior High School where he played on the football team. In his spare time he loved fishing, mudding, hunting and hanging out with his friend, Cody, and spending time with his baby sister. He will be dearly missed by his mom, Deanna Swint; father, Brian Brantley; sister, Aubrey Brantley; brothers, Aiden Swint and Dayne Brantley; Nana, Linda Nevills; grandma, Vickie Brantley; aunts, Davina, Tiffany, Beronica and uncle Bubba along with many dear cousins and friends. Zachary was preceded in death by his Papa, Doug Nevills and grandfather, Charles Phillips; aunt, Donna Sue Ballen. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Sunday, April 27, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be private. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the family.
