Zion P. Thomas infant son of Tierra Winfree and Melvin Thomas passed away on March 14, 2016 at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. In addition to his parents, Zion is survived by his grandmother, Hestoria Winfree; grandfather, Derrick Ramsey; siblings, Tamirra, Melvin Jr., Chris, April, Javon, Dashon. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents; Calvin Taylor and Pearl Thomas. A memorial service will be held at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. and where the family will greet friends beginning at noon.
